Information you give us

To place an order you must provide the minimum information to make the purchase. From time-to-time we may use the email address provided to notify customers of new publications or products. If you do not wish to be notified about new publications or products, please email info@esaa.com.au.

Member discounts

Members of esaa receive discounts for publications. When members log in to the esaa website, the prices in the on-line catalogue change to member discount prices.

Members must log in to obtain special product discounts. The discount for on-line purchases is valid only for members that log in prior to purchasing from the on-line catalogue.

To check if your business is a member of esaa, review the list of members.

Each member's ABN is the username and password. For member login assistance, please email info@esaa.com.au or phone 03 9670 0188.

Delivery

esaa guarantees that all orders will be despatched within four working days unless product is marked temporarily unavailable.

All deliveries will be made via Australia Post. Customers can select either Registered Post or Domestic Express Post for delivery within Australia. Overseas customers should select International Express Post. 

Customers that opt to use their own courier service or pick up their purchases at esaa's office should select "Do not post" from the Shipping Methods and contact sales@esaa.com.au or phone 03 9670 0188 to make arrangements.

A maximum weight of three kilograms per order applies to Express Post domestic postage.

When purchasing the electronic newsletter, esaa news, and no other products, select "Do not post" from the Shipping Methods.

esaa will replace damaged products, provided esaa is advised of the damage within two days of receipt. Please advise via email at sales@esaa.com.au or to esaa Limited, GPO Box 1823, Melbourne Victoria 3001, Australia.

Payment

esaa uses the DirectOne E-Commerce System, a secure payment system which maintains the security and privacy of customers' financial and personal information. esaa does not receive, process or store credit card numbers used to make online purchases.

Orders will be filled upon receipt of credit card payment.

Refunds

Requests for refunds may be approved provided the request is made to esaa within seven days of the receipt of goods and the goods are returned undamaged to:
