esaa maintains a comprehensive range of data on the stationary energy industry in Australia. This data, supplied by member businesses, provides a unique and highly valuable base from which esaa is able to develop policy positions for the industry. As part of its commitment to providing members with essential information that will help to increase their effectiveness, esaa develops company-specific benchmarking reports and undertakes research and analysis into the changing state of the Australian energy industry. Some of the extensive esaa data holding is publicly available. Further information on industry statistics is available in esaa's annual publication Electricity Gas Australia, which includes a CD-Rom containing wide-ranging data on Australia’s electricity and downstream natural gas supply industries.
