Governing law

These terms of use are governed by the laws in force in Victoria, Australia. By accessing our website or using our services, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and its appellate courts in respect of any proceedings arising from or in connection with these terms of use.

These terms are to be interpreted in accordance with the law. Any part of these terms that is illegal, invalid or unenforceable must be read down to the extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid or unenforceable.

Changes to these terms

esaa may change these terms (including our privacy policy) at any time without notice. We will make any updated version available on our website at all times.

esaa shop

To place an order you must provide the minimum information to make the purchase. From time to time we may use the email address provided to notify customers of new publications or products. If you do not wish to be notified about new publications or products, please email info@esaa.com.au.

Member discounts

esaa members receive discounts on the purchase price of items from the esaa shop. The member discount for online purchases is valid only for members who log in prior to purchasing from the online catalogue.

To check if your business is an esaa member, review the list of members on esaa's website.

Delivery

esaa guarantees that all orders will be despatched within four working days unless a product is marked temporarily unavailable.

All deliveries will be made via Australia Post. Customers can select either Registered Post or Domestic Express Post for delivery within Australia. Overseas customers should select International Express Post.

A maximum weight of three kilograms per order applies to Domestic Express Post postage.

Customers who wish to use their own courier service or pick up their purchases from the esaa office should select 'Do not post' from the Shipping methods and contact sales@esaa.com.au or phone 03 9670 0188 to confirm the pick-up arrangements.

When purchasing esaa's electronic newsletter esaa news – and no other products – customers should select 'Do not post' from the Shipping methods.

esaa will replace damaged products, provided esaa is advised of the damage within two days of receipt. Please advise via email at sales@esaa.com.au or write to esaa Limited, GPO Box 1823, Melbourne Victoria 3001, Australia.

Payment

Orders will be filled upon receipt of credit card payment.

esaa website security

esaa uses the GOpay online credit card payment processing system.

All data transmitted through GOpay is encrypted using 128/256 bit SSL technology, and sensitive stored data is encrypted with complex encryption techniques that exceed the usual accepted standards. All confidential information is encrypted using a combination of secret keyed and public keyed cryptography in such a way that only the e-commerce Payment Gateway is able to read the message.

esaa does not receive, process or store credit card numbers.

Refunds

Requests for refunds may be approved provided the request is made to esaa within seven days of the receipt of goods and the goods are returned undamaged to:
